house lottery

today we were assigned lottery numbers to get back into the house that we are currently living in. it is a lot of scheming and plotting to try to get certain people back into the house that we live in and who can pull in who as a roommate and such. some people will have to leave to make room for freshman, so its all very hard to deal with. so, wish me luck trying to find someone to pull me in and otherwise trying to find a new dorm... and studying for my math midterm tomorrow

good times

yesterday we had prospies come stay with us here at uc and it was lots of fun. i was able to get work done while they went to an extracurricular activities fair and afterwards we went to china town to get bubble tea. the cta was under construction so we spent much more time on the redline than we would have otherwise. it was loads of fun to talk to the other students and they were all really cool people. now i have a few minutes to relax and go over some forms before i start up my hard day again, its been going pretty well so far though. my chem problem set was moved to friday which is wonderful and i will have a bit more time to focus on my calc problem session tonight and go to bed early so i can get up for my double session of chemistry tomorrow starting at 7:30 am. uhg. well, at least she's a good teacher and im sure she will make it worth our while to pay attention and it will help us on our midterm monday. well, hope all my readers out there in lala land are having a good day, and if not, just remember "the fragrance always stays in the hand that gave the rose" -Hada Bejar
