quite busy

well, here i am in chicago. ive got my room set up, ive got my classes picked out (but not signed up for yet) and im making friends. ive gotten to know a lot of really cool people that i want to be good friends with and i am aquainted with many people that i want to get to know better. everyone so far has been really nice. we've had some cool stuff including watching a hypnotist last night make 30 people do whatever he wanted, it was amazing! they danced and sang like american idol and thought someone pinched them and fell asleep whenever he touched them, to the point where some people fell out of their chairs. i was amazed. other cool things include hanging out in dorms with the cool kids around here, going to see "too much light makes the baby go blind" in the city with my house, and playing ddr. things have been so good! i am having so much fun. it feels like summer camp, but im sure that will go away and we will fall into a schedual and everything next monday when classes start.

wow, only 2 days left before i leave for chicago, im am totally and completely excited. i am in the process of packing which is so much fun because i like packing and it means that the time is drawing nigh for me to leave! i cant wait! its gonna be great!

totally awesome gift!

today, my bell director claire gave me an awesome gift. it consisted of: a pencil with bells, a pez of bob the builders female compainion with a graduation hat (if you dont get it, dont worry about it too much), some awesome bell earrings from holly yashi which i totally love, and..wait for it..a shirt with the slogan "set the pace..play the bass". i am in love with it! :D:D:D

4 days left!

in 4 days there seems to be a lot to do! i have a lot of packing to do along with finishing painting my garage door (along with starting that) and having company for a while. i need to be ready to leave at 3:30 on thursday, and im so psyched! i totally cant wait at all!

sara is way cool

ive been reflecting recently, and ive come to the conclusion that i would rather be at college right now than here at home. i also decided that i have a lot to do before i leave and i am kinda stressed out. i dont like that. i have to pack, and go through my room in a major way.

ive also decided that my roommate is way cool and so are other ucers that i really want to meet and hang out with. my reflections have led me to think that i would have lots of fun at chicago, and i really want to go..now.

so those are my reflections, and i hope you have enjoyed reading them. right now im going to go reflect on some packing and then maybe reflect on some sleep, i will let you know if i have any sudden realizations.

school

i went back to high school the other day, yesterday to be exact. it was interesting because i brought one of the girls i babysit and was carrying her around the whole time. but it was good to see my teachers and i borrowed a copy of a canadian musical from my french teacher than i have been wanting to see again. it will give me something to do while i have this much time to sit around and wait. it also gives me another excuse to go into school. i know it was kinda lame, but i have friends there and i was bored... and nick came with me, so i wasnt a loser all by myself.
